Pure modern monarchy

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh are greeted by crowds outside Romsey Abbey, Hampshire, after attending a service to mark the four hundredth anniversary of the market town's Royal Charter, 8 June 2007. Her Majesty and His Royal Highness later attended a reception in the Town Hall for people representing the life of Romsey.
